Pearl barley tomato risotto


This is a vegan risotto using the beautiful tomatoes from our garden. You can still feel summerly when you eat this! Roasting tomatoes brings more flavour. I added some roasted fennel and fresh rocket to complete the dish. The recipe is coming shortly.dsc_0440

Roast the tomatoes in the oven (220℃ fan) for about 10 minutes.
