I make 3 cups ( 200ml rice measuring cup ) of ginger rice, so I can make some extra rice balls to keep in the freezer. So useful.
Put some ginger rice on a clean film. Pinch the four corners and shape the rice.
Open the clean film and fold it, so it is easy to open when you actually eat. Shape them again. I made the triangular shaped ones.
