Having some rosemary tea everyday is good way to cleanse your body – nice looking skin, better circulation, improving digestion, detoxing pancreas and liver, etc. Our huge rosemary bush in the garden has been so useful for making my body feel good!
How to make rosemary tea
For one cup
- Boil 1 cup of water and add one sprig of rosemary .
- Simmer or just brew for 3 minutes.
- Use the rosemary sprig to stir if you would like to add some honey.
