It was a beautiful evening. We decided to have some drinks in the garden before dinner, so tonight’s dish should be quick and easy. Nothing special, but it takes less than half an hour to cook and it tastes really good.
Salmon grill, fresh vegetable from the garden and the market, a ginger rice ball from the freezer. Try sprinkling some sesame seeds on your salad. It is very good for you.
I always prepare fish as soon as I get it home. I bought this salmon last Sunday and they are still fine. Actually, they were great!
The preparation of fish is easy and it makes keep fish longer and tastier because of the fermentation.
1, Wash the fish.
2. Wipe them very well with some paper towels, so the fish should be dry – water makes fish smelly.
3. Sprinkle a pinch of salt on each side of the fish.
4. Keep them flat n a plastic container in a fridge. If you prepare more than one fish, they shouldn’t be touching each other.
